We the members of Bar Association most respectfully submit the following few lines for kind consideration and necessary orders please.
We submit that the Position of Court Building of Junior Civil Judge Court at Nagarkurnool in Mahaboobnagar District is in very dangerous condition since the building was Constructed in the era of Nizams about 110 years back, and the same is in dangerous condition as such we the Advocates are unable to perform our functions. It is submitted that there is heavy leakage of water from the roof of the building and the courts records are becoming wet, and the patches from the roof are falling on the heads of Advocates.
We submit that the same is discussed in the Bar Association and a Resolution was also passed to represent the matter before the Authorities and accordingly Representations were made to the Honourable District Judge Mahaboobnagar for taking necessary action. It is further submitted that the R&B Executive Engineer Wanaparthy has visited the court Nagarkurnool Town and inspected the Court building and reported that the situation warrants going for new construction.
The Relevant Resolutions and Photographs of the court building are herewith annexed with this letter for consideration of Honourable High Court.
Therefore in the light of above circumstances we humbly pray that your Lordship may be pleased to pass orders to eliminate our difficulties, for which act of kindness we shall ever pray.

1. I the President Bar Association Nagarkurnool of Mahaboobnagar District most respectfully submit this representation for considering the few difficulties of Members and litigants attending the Court of Junior Civil Judge Nagarkurnool in Mahaboobnagar District.

2. It is submitted that during the last year in Rainy season in the court hall of Junior Civil Judge Nagarkurnool when the Rains are fallen, the ceiling of the roof was fallen on the head of Our brother Advocate Sri.Mohd.Hameed Ali Advocate during the call work and he sustained injury, which was witnessed the all Advocates and others who were in the court hall. Later on the said incident was covered in the news papers and media, and the reports were also sent to the Honourable District and Sessions Judge Mahaboobnagar in this regard, and accordingly the then Honourable District Judge Mahaboobnagar has visited the Court premises to inspect the same and conveyed the situation to the Honourable High Court of Andhra Pradesh.


3. It is submitted that even after taking the above steps, no repairs to the building were taken up. We are also taken up the problem to the competent authorities.

4. It is further submitted that, the members of the Bar Association are also facing much difficulties in getting the Air and Light, since the Fans are not working, Tube lights are not working, and several tube Lights and Fans in the court hall are get repaired by the Bar Association out of it funds.
5. It is respectfully submit that the court Building of Junior Civil Judge Nagarkurnool was built during the rule of Nizams about 118 years back and now the same is in very dangerous condition and it may likely to be collapsed at any time. If the same is occurred the Advocates, Staff, Judicial Officers and litigants those are regularly attending the court and working in the court hall of the Junior Civil Judge court will be suffered great loss.

6. It is submitted that in view of the above condition, the walls of Court hall is electrocuted during the Rains and the same is become danger to the persons.

Therefore it is prayed that the Honourable High Court of Andhra Pradesh may be pleased to inspect the condition of the court building and remove the difficulties of members and others those who are working in the Court hall for which act of kindness I shall ever pray

The General Body Meeting of Bar Association Nagarkurnool is held on this the 10th August 2010 presided over by Sri.B.Babu Pears President Bar Association and passed the following resolution unanimously
1. It is resolved that to submit a representation to Honorable High Court of AP that the court Building of Junior Civil Judge Nagarkurnool was built during the rule of Nizams about 118 years back and now the same is in very dangerous condition and it may likely to be collapsed at any time. If the same is occurred the Advocates, Staff, Judicial Officers and litigants those are regularly attending the court and working in the court hall of the Junior Civil Judge court will be suffered great loss, as the walls of Court hall is electrocuted during the Rains and the same is become danger to the persons, and that there is stringent necessity for construction of new building by dismantling the old building.
3. It is also resolved that the members are agreed to provide the accommodation in the Present Bar Association for Court Hall till the completion of the new building.
Therefore it is prayed that the Honorable High Court of Andhra Pradesh may be pleased to inspect the condition of the court building and remove the difficulties of members and others those who are working in the Court hall for which act of kindness I shall ever pray
